How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks in advance for keynotes and eight weeks for customised workshops. For major conferences or events requiring bespoke content development, earlier is better. That said, we can accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows — get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Can you customise the content for our industry?
Absolutely. Every engagement is tailored to your audience. What's the difference between a keynote and a workshop?
A keynote is a presentation (typically 30-60 minutes) designed to inform, inspire, and shift perspective — ideal for large audiences at conferences or all-hands meetings. A workshop is hands-on (typically half-day) where attendees actively use AI tools on real tasks. Keynotes change how people think about AI. Workshops change how they use it.
Do you provide materials for attendees?
Yes. All attendees receive follow-up resources including slide summaries, prompt templates, tool recommendations, and a quick-reference guide. For workshops, participants also get hands-on exercise materials they can continue practising with after the session.
What's the cost for a conference speaker?
