Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 April 2026

AI Avenue ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian AI training and advisory business. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It applies to our website, assessments, chatbot, lead magnets, training enrolments, and consulting engagements.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a consultation, complete the AI Productivity Diagnostic, download a lead magnet, enrol in training, or contact us through our website or chatbot. This typically includes your name, work email address, phone number, company name, role, industry, and the details of your enquiry.

We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring URLs, UTM parameters, Google click identifiers (GCLID), and pages visited. This helps us measure campaign effectiveness and improve the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver training and advisory services, issue invoices, send service-related notifications, and (with your consent) provide marketing updates about AI training programs, workshops, and insights relevant to Australian organisations.

Third-Party Processors

We use carefully selected service providers to operate our business. These processors receive only the information required to perform their function:

  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • Google — Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Calendar for bookings, and Google Workspace for business correspondence.
  • Monday.com — our CRM system for managing leads, training enrolments, and client engagements.
  • Vercel — website hosting, edge delivery, and serverless functions.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — large language models that power the AI Avenue chatbot and diagnostic tooling.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We only engage processors that offer appropriate safeguards comparable to those required under Australian privacy law.

Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and conversion measurement. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect the functionality of booking and assessment tools.

Marketing Consent

Where you have opted in, we may send marketing emails about new programs, case studies, and AI insights. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also email privacy@aiavenue.com.au at any time to withdraw consent.

Your Rights Under the Privacy Act 1988

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion where we are not legally required to retain it. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@aiavenue.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Australian law. Lead and prospect records are generally retained for up to five years from last contact. Client engagement records are retained for seven years in line with Australian Taxation Office requirements. Chatbot transcripts are retained for 90 days for quality and safety review.
